Aqua Pilates is a gentle yet effective exercise session that involves aquatic exercises performed in water for relaxation, fitness and physical rehabilitation. They are designed to increase endurance by using the natural resistance of the water and improving mobilisation of all major joints. These classes are lead by a specialist Pilates Practitioner, who will motivate you to ensure you get the most out of each session whilst maintaining a safe environment.
