About My Classes
To maximise your experience, I structure my classes in 4-5 week cycles:
- Cardio Challenge: Get ready to raise your heart rate and burn calories.
- Water Resistance Training: Tone and strengthen your muscles using the natural resistance of the water.
- Total Body Workout: Engage your entire body in a balanced and invigorating session.
Aqua aerobics isn’t just about having a good time (although that’s important too!). By regularly attending classes, you’ll naturally achieve overload and progression. This means gradually increasing the challenge to your body, leading to continuous improvement in your strength, endurance, and overall fitness. My classes are specifically designed with this in mind, so you’ll see tangible results over time.
